Supportive personnel on the reception desk. Outstanding and incredible room with particularly good views. Soft bed, a lounge area, a writing desk, and coffee. Fancy, exceptional location in Perth, just next door to the ferry to South Perth and other sights of interest and the Museum. Fresh food in the restaurants such as The George, located 10 min away.

I enjoyed having dinner at the restaurant of the hotel.
I had to change the first room (808), because was too much noisy; next to the machine room. I think the hotel should add extra isolation to the wall. The room 808 is enough big to add an extra layer to isolate the noise. When you lean your head against the back of the bed, you can feel the vibration. Fortunately, I asked for changing room and they did not have any problem. :)
